What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote roles in customer support, technical support, or AI training with international teams—where I can communicate clearly, troubleshoot carefully, and deliver high-accuracy work while continuing to grow my AI data annotation skills.

I’m a detail-oriented, tech-savvy specialist combining AI data annotation, executive/operations support, and front-end web development. I’m currently completing a structured 4-week AI data annotation training programme with CloudFactory on the Nearmap Roof Geometry project, and I’m focused on delivering high-accuracy work under tight deadlines while communicating clearly with international clients.

In previous roles, I provided responsive customer support and technical troubleshooting, including support for a US-based telehealth platform. I’ve also built and deployed client websites as a freelance frontend developer and evaluated AI outputs by reviewing LLM prompts and chatbot responses for quality, accuracy, and alignment—work that reflects how I learn tools quickly, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving remotely.
