What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can supervise civil works, prepare quantity takeoffs and BOQs, manage teams, and continue building practical project management experience.

I've supported civil construction projects at Areicon Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu, monitoring drawings on site, preparing bills from site measurements, supervising teams, and producing BOQs for bidding.

Through freelance projects for an Israeli client, I analyzed DWG files and completed quantity takeoffs for rebar, concrete, finishes, and HVAC work. I compiled detailed Excel summaries, held weekly progress meetings, and maintained quality assurance standards.

Earlier, I worked as a HUB Operator at Daraz, where I maintained inventory records, updated promotional pricing, and handled customer feedback.

I'm also studying BSW while teaching and supporting children with autism, Down syndrome, and other special needs at an autism center. My work combines supervision, project management, communication, and practical care for people in my community.
