My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in problem-solving and effective communication, which I am eager to apply in a dynamic professional environment. I have gained practical experience as an HR intern at IFB Industries, where I assisted in onboarding procedures for over 40 candidates, showcasing my ability to thrive in team settings.

Throughout my educational career, I have engaged in various projects, including conducting market research on over 30 stores in Kolkata and supporting sales personnel with product knowledge. My leadership roles, such as being the School Football Team Captain and Senior Games Captain, have honed my collaboration and leadership skills.
