At ServerHub, I troubleshoot Linux server issues involving operating systems, disks, performance, boot processes, and networking. I also investigate connectivity problems using LLDP, IPMI, and system diagnostics.
I work with Proxmox to manage virtual machines and automate VM provisioning. I handle WHMCS support tickets, document resolutions, and escalate issues when needed.
I built an internal platform to track Spamhaus blacklist incidents, including customer details, actions taken, and case status. It centralizes incident information and resolution history.
I also built an internal website for server provisioning records and employee server assignments. I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Applications at Sangameshwar College Solapur and hold certifications in Linux training and networking.
