What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a data analytics internship to apply my learning in a real-world environment. I want to work on dashboarding and KPI-focused analysis, turning data into insights that support better decision-making.

I’m a fresher data analytics internship aspirant, currently pursuing Data Analytics training and continuing to build hands-on skills. I’m learning SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Python, with ongoing practice using real-world datasets from my training.

I’m confident in creating dashboards that use charts, tables, filters, and visuals, and I can work with KPIs in Power BI and Tableau for basic performance analysis. In a workflow analysis project focused on employee attrition, I designed a simple data model to uncover key drivers of turnover.

I used SQL server and Tableau to extract and analyze trends by age, gender, department, and job satisfaction. My goal is to apply what I’ve learned in a real-world environment where I can contribute through clear analysis and visualization, while continuing to grow.
