At Mohammed VI Foundation for Sciences and Health, I provide Level 2–3 incident resolution across firewalls, Linux and Windows servers, networks, security systems, and educational platforms. I support more than 3,500 students, 200 professors, and personnel while administering BioStar access control across 3,000+ devices and 4,500+ users.
I manage Sophos, FortiGate, and pfSense firewalls; implement traffic-filtering and access policies; and maintain enterprise networks across Cisco, Huawei, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, and Ruckus environments. I also operate campus Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, Azure virtual machines, and virtualized infrastructure using VMware, Proxmox, and Nutanix.
With over seven years in IT support and infrastructure operations, I use Nagios, Zabbix, shell scripting, Python, and Kali Linux to troubleshoot issues, monitor services, and strengthen system reliability.
