I am a 200-level Bachelor of Nursing Science student with hands-on experience in clinical documentation and structured data handling. I bring meticulous attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and organization from practical patient-record work.

I have practical experience recording and updating patient information, maintaining accurate written and digital documentation, and managing multiple documentation tasks within set timelines. I follow strict confidentiality and ethical guidelines in all record-keeping activities.

Independently, I completed a data entry practice project where I entered and organized over 400 records in Microsoft Excel, cleaned data by identifying duplicates and correcting errors, and applied sorting and filtering to improve readability. I am proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using cloud-based file sharing systems.

I am seeking a remote data entry internship where I can apply my administrative, computer, and organizational skills to contribute reliably to a team while continuing to develop my data management capabilities.
