Ayman Yac
@aymanyac
I coach people with chronic conditions to build sustainable health and physical activity routines.
What I'm looking for
I've coached adults with incomplete spinal cord injury at Center for Rehabilitation Beatrixoord, adapting programmes day to day and tracking changes in daily function alongside objective outcomes.
My PhD research at Radboud University examines why people sustain or abandon health behaviours. I bring structured, non-directive interviewing, progress monitoring and individualised coaching to help people stay with changes that matter to them.
