I've led global awards and donor compliance at CARE USA, building a unified compliance operating model across 45 country offices and six regions. I hold signature authority up to $10M and oversee complex USAID, EU, UN, foundation, and sub-award agreements.
I built CARE USA's overseas compliance assurance program, including a Power BI risk dashboard used by country offices, regional teams, and executive leadership. My work has included 20 Single Audit readiness processes, 10 fraud investigations, and compliance training for more than 600 staff.
Earlier, I managed a $78M U.S. Government cooperative-agreement portfolio and secured $58M in institutional funding for humanitarian and development programming. I bring practical experience in award management, audit readiness, risk mitigation, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
