Ayisha Jadyn User

I am a newly licensed registered nurse with hands-on training experience in specialty and tertiary hospital settings, including a Basic Nephrology Nursing traineeship at the National Kidney and Transplant Institute. I deliver compassionate, evidence-informed care and have assisted in emergency response, medication preparation, blood transfusion, and use of electronic patient database systems.

During my clinical training I supported care for leptospirosis patients during a surge, operated the Visual Nurse patient database system, and assisted in Advanced Cardiac Life Support emergencies. I have presented quality improvement and research projects—earning the Dr. Fernando S. Sanchez Jr. Research and Publication Award—and contributed to clinical education initiatives aimed at reducing medication errors.

I bring accurate vital-sign monitoring, drug calculation, critical thinking, strong communication, and teamwork to patient care. I am committed to ongoing learning and to providing safe, patient-centered nursing across acute and specialty care environments.
