I'm looking to lead UX and growth initiatives for web and mobile products, partnering across product, analytics, marketing, and engineering to create accessible experiences that improve engagement, acquisition, and retention.

In my current Head of User Experience & Growth role, I lead and mentor UX/UI teams, establish design systems and processes, and partner with product, development, analytics, marketing, and growth teams to optimize user journeys.
