Built the frontend for an AI Rule Creator that turns natural-language input into shipping automation rules, in a React/TypeScript monorepo for a logistics SaaS serving KSA, UAE and Türkiye. Owned Arabic/RTL quality across the dashboard, fixing layout and direction bugs with CSS logical properties and adding Vitest regression tests.

Built a full-stack AI chat application using React, Node.js, Express and MongoDB, supporting both text conversation and image generation modes. Integrated Google Gemini via OpenAI-compatible API for conversational AI, and HuggingFace FLUX.1-dev for AI image generation.

Built an AI-powered mock interview platform using Next.js, Node.js and Firebase, running real-time interview scenarios with voice-based AI agents (VapiAI). Designed LLM-driven evaluation logic using Google Gemini that generates structured interview feedback with multi-category scoring and performance dashboards stored in Firestore.

Engineered and maintained enterprise CX automation platforms serving 10,000+ end users for 5 high-profile fintech and telecom clients, including Dubai Islamic Bank, MetLife, STC, AlBaraka Bank and Banque du Caire. Designed automated document and communication workflows that replaced manual processing steps, reducing document processing latency by ~30% and improving system stability.

Selected from the top 5% of applicants for a 600+ hour full-stack bootcamp focused on professional engineering practices. Co-built Reach Platform, a production-deployed React app connecting volunteer teachers with NGOs, owning the responsive UI, component architecture and API integration.
