What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to tell impactful stories and engage with diverse communities.

I am a dedicated journalist with a strong commitment to reporting on issues that matter most in our world. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Politics from the University of Essex, where I honed my skills in storytelling and critical analysis. I believe in the power of journalism to effect change, and I strive to deliver truth-driven narratives that challenge the status quo.

Throughout my academic career, I have engaged in various extracurricular activities that have enriched my understanding of media and its impact. From serving as the editor of my university magazine to participating in the Harvard World Model United Nations, I have developed a diverse skill set that includes photojournalism, research, and public speaking. My TEDx talk on living with Type 1 Diabetes showcased my ability to connect with audiences and share impactful stories.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I have gained practical experience through internships and volunteer work. My role at Philip Lim in New York involved marketing and media tasks, while my volunteer work with UNICEF allowed me to contribute to meaningful charity events. I am eager to continue my journey in journalism, using my voice to advocate for change and inspire others.
