I'm currently a Preclinical Study Director at Cytotheryx, supporting a cell therapy company developing primary human hepatocyte treatments for acute, chronic, and rare liver diseases.
Previously at Boehringer Ingelheim, I used animal models to assess the efficacy, safety, and pharmacological properties of novel biomedical compounds. I also supported target-animal GCP and GLP study planning for EU and USDA submissions.
My PhD research at Cornell examined diet-induced endotoxemia in dairy cows, including starch diets, heat stress, leaky gut syndrome, hepatic toxicity, microbiome impacts, and immunomodulatory interventions.
As an ORISE Fellow at USDA NVSL, I improved pathogen surveillance and diagnostic workflows affecting animal industry and food safety. I bring veterinary clinical experience alongside metabolomics, microbiome analysis, molecular techniques, histology, and biostatistical analysis.
