What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost-engineering initiatives across global or APAC supply chains, with scope to build resilient China+1 supplier ecosystems, improve quality and delivery, and drive measurable commercial impact.

At Pinnacle Sourcing & Consultancy, I manage India-side and APAC procurement for a US-based AV industry client, building an Indian supplier ecosystem that supported a China+1 transition and contributed to approximately $15M in sourced business.

I identify and qualify suppliers, validate costs for engineering products, consolidate volumes, negotiate commercial terms, and develop alternatives for high-risk single-source categories. I also build spend analytics, supplier rating systems, transporter MIS, and Power BI dashboards to improve cost, quality, delivery, and management visibility.

Earlier, I managed global raw-material sourcing at Jindal Stainless and developed machining suppliers for automotive components at Shriram Piston & Rings. I bring Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practice, supplier quality and ESG audit experience, and Mandarin capability to strengthen sourcing execution across China+1 and APAC markets.
