I'm currently supporting security operations at Ensemble Health Partners, triaging around 100 alerts monthly through ReliaQuest GreyMatter in a HIPAA-regulated healthcare environment. I investigate endpoint, email, identity, cloud, and DLP events using CrowdStrike, Abnormal Security, Microsoft Defender, Azure, Purview, Palo Alto, and ServiceNow.

At FICO, I progressed from Cyber Security Intern to Cyber Security Engineer II in three years. I led Imperva WAF implementation and administration across 50+ internet-facing sites and managed the company-wide Zscaler Private Access rollout as a VPN replacement.

I've handled 70–80 security incidents per month, supported change management, investigated phishing and malicious URLs, and partnered with vendors, IT teams, and automation teams to improve recurring security operations.

I bring hands-on experience across application, network, email, endpoint, cloud, and data security, grounded in TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and OWASP Top 10 practices. My contributions at FICO earned five SPOT Awards in a single financial year.
