What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my chemical engineering, process simulation, CFD, and process safety experience to real manufacturing or research challenges.

At DRDO-HEMRL, I studied solid rocket motor manufacturing from propellant slurry processing through casting, supporting production-scale process understanding.

I conducted penetrometer experiments to determine propellant pot life for safe slurry-casting windows and built CFD models of casting systems to analyse flow behaviour and troubleshoot operations. My chemical engineering work also includes CO2 absorption simulation in packed columns, process design, and equipment modelling using ANSYS Fluent, Aspen Plus, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.

I've also developed a patent-filed pH-responsive colour-changing textile, a 94%-accurate heart disease prediction model, and an Arduino-based disaster rescue robot.
