I've tested reputation, campaign, and reporting products at Press Ganey Associated, validating healthcare and retail reviews, surveys, NLP sentiment processing, and reporting data. I design hybrid BDD automation frameworks using Core Java, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, UI/API testing, databases, and Elasticsearch while mentoring junior team members.
Previously at Excotron Solution, I tested Springpod and Pharmapacks across manual, database, API, and automation testing. I create test plans and test cases, execute functional through regression testing, validate APIs with Postman and Rest Assured, write SQL queries, track defects in Jira, and work through Agile delivery cycles.
