I’ve reduced manual incident checking by around 40% through rule-based alarm handling while improving visibility with logging, health checks, and production monitoring. I also support Dockerized applications, Azure DevOps pipelines, Kubernetes/AKS deployments, Helm, ACR, and Terraform configuration.
