What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a General Manager – Logistics / Supply Chain role where I can contribute my FMCG supply chain experience, optimize logistics costs, and support the organization's supply chain objectives.

Across Zydus Wellness, Dabur India Limited, and ITC Limited, I managed FMCG logistics and supply chain operations spanning warehousing, transportation, inventory, and distribution. I implemented FTL and PTL models in secondary freight, generating approximately ₹1 crore in annual savings while improving delivery service and stock control.

I led warehouse transitions in Patna and Kolkata that achieved savings of ₹31 lakhs and ₹24 lakhs, respectively, and coordinated teams that included more than 300 third-party personnel. I hold CSCP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications and work with SAP, MS Excel, ERP and WMS platforms, and MIS reporting.
