What I'm looking for

I'm looking for roles where I can bridge technology, operations, and business outcomes while leading high-availability enterprise platforms, developing teams, improving production reliability, and driving operational maturity.

At Ericsson, I've owned end-to-end application operations for business-critical telecom platforms serving thousands of global users, consistently delivering 99.9%+ availability.

I've led and mentored cross-functional application operations, development, and support teams while governing SLAs, risks, changes, escalations, and roadmap priorities with business stakeholders.

Through incident, problem, and root-cause management, I've reduced recurring production issues by approximately 30% with permanent corrective actions.

I'm hands-on with Java, Spring-based systems, Jenkins CI/CD, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps practices, combining engineering guidance and automation with a focus on production excellence, people development, and operational leadership.
