I am an Architect and Urban Planner with experience in both government and private sectors, currently working on GIS-based development plans for Nagpur Division under the Government of Maharashtra. I combine statutory and physical planning, data analysis (Power BI, MCDM), and GIS mapping to deliver sustainable, implementation-ready plans and have led procurement and bidding for development projects.
I have a niche in tourism-led revitalization, published research, and contributed to award-winning departmental initiatives (SKOCH Gold, HUDCO Best Practices). I bring strong design skills (AutoCAD, ArcGIS, 2D/3D), communication and documentation abilities, and a commitment to environmentally sensitive, resilient urban development.
