At the Ministry of Education's EQUALS Project, I supervised construction of classroom blocks, laboratories, libraries, ablution blocks, and associated external works across education divisions. I monitored contractors, reviewed progress, and helped ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
I worked with school management and the project architect, quantity surveyor, and services engineer to incorporate structural needs and support sustainable infrastructure. I also monitored schedules and budgets, approved progress payments and final disbursements, and conducted technical assessments for site handovers.
