What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead inspiring language instruction—improving performance through inclusive, inquiry-based lessons, mentoring, and smart use of educational technology within a collaborative school community.

I’m a dedicated, results-driven Kiswahili educator with over three years of teaching experience across international curricula (IGCSE). I create student-centred, inquiry-based learning that empowers learners to think critically and communicate confidently, while strengthening curriculum delivery through structured assessment and improvement strategies.

As Head of Department—Languages and Head of Department—Kiswahili at St Nicholas Senior School, I provide strategic leadership for schemes of work, assessments, and lesson observations, while mentoring teaching staff to raise academic excellence. I also integrate digital tools and educational technology (Microsoft and Google Classroom platforms) to enhance learning and assessment, and I’ve supported co-curricular impact through debates, drama, language events, and published creative writing.
