What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a stable, growth-oriented role in project coordination, programme management or international projects where I can take meaningful responsibility, collaborate with diverse teams and continue developing my professional skills.

At E.O. Sharp Minds, I design and coordinate Erasmus+ Youth Projects in international educational environments, supporting multicultural groups of 20–50 participants.

I deliver training sessions, educational activities and interactive workshops while adapting to project challenges and maintaining effective communication across cultures. I also create social media, video and digital content for organisational and project activities.

My experience at Aegeo Spas at the Grand Hyatt Athens strengthened my client service, administration, reservations and operational problem-solving skills in an international hospitality setting.

I'm pursuing an MSc in Marketing Management alongside a BA in Turkish and Modern Asian Studies, and I’m focused on growing in project coordination, programme management and international projects.
