What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build scalable, CI/CD-driven automation across web, mobile, API, data, and AI-enabled products, where I can modernise regression testing, strengthen release confidence, and mentor QA engineers.

At 10Pearls, I lead test automation strategy and QA delivery for energy, healthcare, nuclear, fintech, and cybersecurity engagements. I recently modernised Cypress automation for a safety-critical nuclear operations platform during an Angular 7-to-19 migration.

I've transformed manual regression into automated pipeline delivery using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, PyTest, Robot Framework, and Postman/Newman. For a healthcare platform, I built a multi-region, multi-language Playwright framework that ran parallel testing across four regional deployments from one CI/CD trigger.

I also design API, performance, ETL, and AI/ML validation coverage, using tools including JMeter, AWS, Databricks, and GitHub Copilot. My work has supported reliable migrations, cloud-capacity decisions, data integrity, and rapid feedback on every code push.

Across 10+ years, I've led QA teams of up to five engineers, supported major launches for Acura and Honda, and owned quality delivery from test strategy through release sign-off. I enjoy building maintainable frameworks and helping teams ship confidently.
