I'm looking to lead product engineering organizations where I can scale teams, shape technical strategy and architecture, improve delivery reliability, and apply AI-assisted development responsibly to raise engineering productivity.

I've led product engineering and software architecture across Gen Digital's Norton, Avast, and Avira product lines, delivering Norton Cyber Safety Windows releases on schedule while owning deployment quality and production stability.

I architected a dependency-orchestration platform that cut release preparation by 75% and redesigned automation workflows to improve platform execution speed by 6x. I also expanded consumer-facing engineering ownership and delivered Financial Wellness capabilities for Norton 360.

At Perficient, I grew a client engineering organization from 4 to 17 engineers across four offshore teams, setting technical direction, delivery practices, and engineering standards.
