At EY Global Delivery Services, I lead Oracle Fusion Order Management integrations from Oracle OCC, EDI-based customer ordering portals, and external systems, supporting order validation, exception handling, and reprocessing.
I also design Oracle Fusion Pricing use cases and Order Management extensions, including dynamic order orchestration pause rules based on Order Line EFFs. My work includes data conversions for open sales orders, price lists, items, and item structures using FBDI.
At Genpact India Pvt Ltd, I designed Oracle Fusion Subscription Management solutions for bundled products and warranty plans. I integrated Order Management with Subscription Management and Install Base so warranty subscriptions could be generated through product shipment, installation, and fulfillment.
At Tata Consultancy Services, I completed Oracle EBS SCM implementations and an enhancement, and configured and tested O2C, P2P, dropship, ATO, back-to-back, replenishment, counting, and manufacturing flows. I also customized PO and COGS accounting and approval workflows, and configured inventory controls, BOMs, and routings.
