I perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, analytical reviews, and reconciliations between books, statutory returns, bank statements, and tax records to improve reporting accuracy. I've also prepared tax audit reports, identified accounting and tax adjustments, and interpreted regulatory provisions into practical business-oriented solutions.

I coordinate directly with clients to resolve accounting queries, advise on financial matters, and keep compliance calendars on track. I also supervised three junior articles, reviewing assignments to improve accuracy and turnaround time.

I built a purchase price allocation model for the Tata Steel–JSW Steel merger under Ind AS 103, covering fair value adjustments, DTA/DTL, journal entries, and disclosures. I'm seeking Accounting Advisory or CFO Advisory work where I can support Ind AS implementation, financial reporting, and stronger controls.
