At Synexta, I built FGMM, a mandate management platform that replaced handwritten PDF forms and email exchanges. I developed its back end and front end, automated request routing, protected members' personal data, and implemented an audit trail for signatures.
I also developed CRM modules for client, invoice, event, and payment management, along with their front-end interfaces. For an e-learning platform, I built modules for user management, course access, time tracking, and exams.
At Synexta, I integrated OpenAI APIs through a Node.js service to automate client interactions. I also refactored legacy PHP code into Symfony services and worked with PHPUnit unit and functional tests.
Previously, at STRATIS Worldwide, I developed custom WordPress plugins for sales tracking, reporting, secure file downloads, and document management. I also integrated third-party APIs, built data synchronization services, and optimized SQL queries and caching.
