Aslan Abdulrazaqov

Backend engineer on a real-time GPS tracking, telematics, and fleet management platform processing high-volume location and device data.
Key Contributions:
• Designed a geospatial algorithm to estimate the number of distinct fields and their worked area/perimeter from agricultural machinery GPS trajectories, accounting for equipment attachment width to compute coverage swath rather than raw point-

Backend engineer on enterprise-scale GovTech systems handling large document workflows and distributed operations.
Key Contributions:
• Reduced MyBatis-based reporting API response times from 10 seconds to under 1 second by adding missing indexes and eliminating unnecessary joins and full table scans, diagnosed via Kubernetes thread dump analysis and Elastic APM.
• Led integration of a new core mo

Backend engineer on mygov, Azerbaijan's national digital government platform, reporting to senior architects while owning technical approach end-to-end. Transitioned from a C#/.NET background to Java/Spring Boot on joining.
Key Contributions:
• Migrated a high-load reactive (WebFlux) microservice to a virtual-thread-based architecture, validating the change with JMeter load testing at up to 1M tot

Led a team of 3 backend developers on Hubital, an enterprise ERP platform, reporting to the Solution Architect.
Key Contributions:
• Directed the migration from a monolithic architecture to a modular monolith using microservice design patterns across Sales, Purchase, HR, Document Management, Warehouse, and Finance modules.
• Designed asynchronous event-driven workflows using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
•

Backend engineer on Hubital and on a separate subscription-based platform, within a hybrid modular monolith and microservices architecture.
Key Contributions:
• Built core ERP modules - Sales, Purchase, HR, Document Management, Queue Management, and Warehouse - with permission-based authorization.
• Built backend services for a subscription platform covering user registration, authentication/autho
