At Merck, I build and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop, and UiPath. My work automates business processes across SAP, email, Excel, SharePoint, and web applications.
I've developed email-processing workflows with Microsoft Graph API to retrieve, filter, route, and report on shared-mailbox emails. I also created automation for unapplied cash reports, remittance advice distribution, and SAP price-difference checks.
I handle process analysis, workflow design, bot testing, debugging, exception handling, production support, UAT, and deployment. I focus on reusable, configurable automation that improves efficiency and accuracy.
