At Tata Consultancy Services, I test mobile applications for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts across iOS and Android, including real-device testing on Perfecto. I identify and manage parity defects and validate analytics events and eVars across mobile and web journeys.
I validate Wyndham’s AI-powered conversational experience by testing prompts and verifying system-generated responses.
I develop and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation scripts in Java with TestNG, and implemented a Page Object Model framework. I also automated REST API test cases with REST Assured to support regression testing.
I test backend services with Postman and design functional, integration, regression, and edge-case scenarios. I also contribute to test planning, defect management in Jira, UAT, and deployment validation.
