I’m an ISTQB Certified Tester (CTFL) and Senior QA Engineer with 9+ years of experience across Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and end-to-end Quality Assurance. I build reliable test coverage for complex products, with a strong focus on API and regression assurance.

In my current role at Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), I lead QA for large Product modules and mentor junior QA team members. I collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, clarify requirements, identify risks, and ensure testability throughout Agile/Scrum planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

My automation and testing toolkit centers on Serenity BDD and Java, along with Rest Assured and TestNG for API validation and Maven-based workflows. I also develop and maintain automated API test scripts using SoapUI (including test data creation, assertions, and sanity testing), and I use Groovy scripting to enhance automation.

I’ve worked across diverse domains—Billing & Payout, E-commerce, IoT, and Property Management—handling everything from functional, smoke, sanity, integration, UAT, usability, localization, cross-browser, and exploratory testing to ad-hoc and negative scenarios. I validate data integrity across APIs and MySQL/MongoDB databases (using tools like DBeaver), manage defects in Jira/ClickUp, and drive consistent quality through STLC and Defect Life Cycle processes.
