I’m a private equity fund operations professional and Chartered Accountant focused on end-to-end fund operations, accurate financial metrics, and strict regulatory compliance. In my current role, I manage Category II AIF fund operations while ensuring 100% compliance with SEBI regulations.

Previously, I worked as an Analyst supporting private equity real estate and investor services, managing financial operations for three Real Assets NNN Funds with a combined AUM of USD 624 million. I oversaw financial reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, and cash management, while leading distribution management through capital calls, fund allocations, and investor services.

I actively improve how teams work by automating repetitive processes. I created VBA macros that streamlined workflows and reduced manual effort by 15+ hours per month, and I received company-wide recognition for these automations. I also contributed to testing for an investors’ subscription documents portal and earned an “Ace Award” from an Apollo partner.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened my foundation through hands-on UAT and production testing, daily cash reconciliations across Fund VIII, IX, and X, and investor query resolution. I also built strong audit and taxation experience through statutory audits, GST filings, tax audits, and corporate taxation work, and I continue to bring that disciplined, detail-first mindset to every fund operation.
