I serve as Finance Controller across real estate funds, joint ventures, and SPVs, overseeing fund accounting, NAV governance, fund pricing, and financial controls. I also led finance workstreams for acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and joint venture structures, coordinating advisors through due diligence and transaction execution.
Earlier, at Northern Trust, I led oversight of financial reporting, NAV reviews, and performance monitoring for UK and Irish real estate investment funds, and managed a team of seven. My experience also includes fund administration and reporting at Citco Group Services, alternative investment reporting at State Street Corporation, and finance roles at British Telecommunications and Genpact India Pvt. Ltd.
