I'm looking for an opportunity to apply data analysis, predictive modeling, and dashboard development to real-world decisions while continuing to grow through hands-on projects and collaborative teams.

I've analyzed AI adoption trends for InAmigos Foundation across 12+ NGOs, six sectors, and 18+ programs, compiling reliable datasets and producing stakeholder-ready reports.

At XYlofy AI, I built and improved an employee attrition model using stratified cross-validation, GridSearchCV, and precision-recall threshold tuning. I also delivered a sales forecasting system that benchmarked SARIMA, Prophet, and XGBoost on 9,800+ retail records.

I use Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Streamlit to clean data, uncover patterns, build predictive models, and communicate findings through interactive dashboards and clear executive summaries.
