I seek a role advising plan sponsors or benefit providers on ERISA, HIPAA, and cybersecurity compliance, emphasizing trustee education, audits, and clear documentation.

I am an ERISA and employee benefits attorney with extensive experience advising plan trustees and benefit providers on regulatory compliance and risk management. I draft plan documents, amendments, QDRO reviews, and other legal instruments to ensure plans meet evolving legal standards.

I led cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance initiatives for multiple plans, developing policies, Business Associate Agreements, and trustee education programs, and I conducted DOL cybersecurity audits and HIPAA audits.

My litigation experience includes pursuing delinquent employer litigation, obtaining six-figure summary judgment, handling subrogation matters, and supporting appeals and PBGC/DOL audits through clear documentation and reporting.
