At University of Texas at Dallas, I extended astrometry.net services and integrated improvements into the AutoWISP photometry pipeline, increasing its object-matching rate by 35%. I also developed Python workflows to process more than 15,000 scientific images across multi-camera campaigns.
I automated astronomical anomaly identification with an OpenCV pipeline that achieved about 90% detection accuracy, and contributed to AutoWISP’s Django interface and Docker packaging. My projects include published machine-learning research on Delta Scuti stars and an end-to-end classification pipeline with a FastAPI inference endpoint.
