I handled AVF cannulation and pre- and post-access care, maintained catheter access sites, and assisted nephrologists with jugular catheterization. I also assessed patients before, during, and after dialysis and monitored for acute complications.
I configured dialysis machine parameters, reprocessed dialyzers using automated and manual methods, and administered prescribed anticoagulation regimens. I also monitored the RO water treatment plant, including filter maintenance and routine backwashing.
