I’m a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years leading end-to-end product design—from initial concepts to successful launches—across fintech infrastructure, credit cards, payments, and operational systems for B2B enterprise SaaS and B2C apps.

At VegaPay, I owned customer-facing onboarding journeys for credit cards, personal loans, and forex cards, using funnel analysis and user research to ship UX improvements (including reducing drop-offs by 9%). I designed and launched credit lifecycle systems such as onboarding, issuance, transactions, reconciliation, maker-checker operations, and servicing workflows, while also building a configurable Rewards platform used across 2 banks and 4 programs.

I also shaped operational experiences by designing Dispute Management and Bulk Upload tools to improve back-office efficiency by 50%, configuring Business Rules Engine workflows to power 500K+ customer credit decisions, and conceptualising Engage AI, a back-office AI copilot that helps teams query and export analytics via natural language. Beyond product, I maintain design systems, mentor designers, and help teams scale delivery through data-driven, cross-functional collaboration.
