At Revolut, I investigated Authorized Push Payment fraud and AML alerts by reviewing transaction records, customer statements, payment timelines, and evidence. I analyzed scam patterns and risk indicators to support evidence-based decisions.

I assessed high-risk accounts and disputed transactions against internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC/CDD standards. I also made refund determinations, applied account restrictions, and drafted and filed Suspicious Activity Reports.

I processed an average of 50+ investigations daily while maintaining approximately 80% operational efficiency and 95%+ Quality Control scores. I used Jira, Dante, Slack, and Confluence to manage fraud queues and coordinate case workflows.

At ABHIBUS (IXIGO), I managed high-priority L2 customer escalations and reviewed recurring issues to identify root causes. I partnered with cross-functional teams on product and process fixes, documented dispute resolutions, and routed complex exceptions to L3 or senior management.
