At NatWest Group, I progressed from Avaloq development through architecture and release management to Service Line Manager. I currently manage platform migration to Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC), database and server patching, and vulnerability mitigation.

At Oracle-OFSS, I customized and supported the FLEXCUBE Global Corporate Banking module, handled development through production deployment, and automated batch operations using Shell Scripting and Autosys. I also provided L3 production support and migrated application and database clients from Windows to Linux.

Earlier, I developed and supported the SEI Wealth Platform at Tata Consultancy Services and worked on airline taxation and insurance platforms. At 3i-Infotech, I built and supported PREMIA using Oracle Forms, SQL, and PL/SQL, and developed a mobile application module with multi-system integration.
