At CtrlAgent / Metafore, I provide technical leadership across an organization building enterprise Voice AI, agent orchestration, and omnichannel communication systems. I architected an AI-native contact center benchmark-tested at 10K concurrent chat sessions.
I also delivered production Voice AI infrastructure benchmarked at 60–100 concurrent calls, integrating streaming speech recognition, LLM orchestration, and text-to-speech. I engineered real-time voice components with sub-200 ms processing latency across key stages of the interaction path.
I founded FeedbackbyAI and scaled its bootstrapped business-validation SaaS to 10K+ users and $60K ARR. I built its LLM-powered workflows and distributed asynchronous job infrastructure, and operated AWS infrastructure while maintaining 99% uptime.
Earlier, I architected a backend platform for JoonPro / Leviti’s B2B micro-event marketplace and reduced enterprise event-planning cycles by 90%. I’ve also built real-time communication and media systems, including a WebRTC video-conferencing platform at Ajackus and an end-to-end edtech live-streaming platform called Versatil.
