I’m a motivated M.Com graduate with hands-on experience in retail operations, data entry, billing, and back-office support. I’m known for maintaining accuracy and speed while working closely with teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Since April 2023, I’ve been working as a Back Office & Store Operations Executive at Shree Surya Oils And Foods. I manage day-to-day store operations including billing, POS handling, and cash reconciliation, while also handling customer queries and resolving complaints.

I maintain inventory records and track stock levels, coordinating timely replenishment with vendors. I prepare and update back-office reports like daily sales summaries and stock reports using MS Excel, and I support logistics documentation with accurate data entry across operational records.

I’m seeking a full-time remote or office-based back office role where accuracy, speed, and team collaboration drive results, and where I can keep building my capabilities through continuous learning in operations and data management.
