What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead public health or healthcare program evaluation initiatives where I can turn complex data into evidence-based decisions, strengthen quality improvement and accreditation efforts, and deliver measurable outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.

I oversee Medicaid projects at the Arkansas Department of Human Services, using MMIS, DSS, Cognos, and Power BI to analyze utilization, expenses, beneficiary outcomes, and statewide patterns.

Previously, I led evaluation for CDC- and SAMHSA-funded public health programs at the Arkansas Department of Health. I managed grant evaluation, epidemiologic and qualitative analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communications across suicide prevention, cancer prevention, health disparities, oral health, and 988 Lifeline initiatives.

I guided the Arkansas Department of Health through PHAB reaccreditation by coordinating agency-wide planning, documentation, evidence submission, gap analyses, corrective actions, and the virtual site visit. The work resulted in successful reaccreditation and strengthened performance management and continuous quality improvement.

My research spans stroke, STEMI, trauma, EMS, COVID-19, worker well-being, and occupational health. I use SAS, Tableau, Power BI, ATLAS.ti, and statistical modeling to turn complex health data into practical evidence for programs, providers, government leaders, and communities.
