I'm seeking a 100% remote Junior QA or Software Testing role where I can apply hands-on training in manual and automation testing, SQL, and Python.
Through a 150-hour Software Quality Assurance program at ICS – National Center for Studies, I practiced manual testing, test-case design and execution, functional, regression, and exploratory testing, defect reporting, documentation, and QA processes.
At Mgroup, I investigate issues through computerized systems, identify appropriate solutions, document information clearly, and manage multiple priorities accurately. This customer-service work has strengthened my troubleshooting, communication, independent work, and procedure-driven approach.
