At MBG Card, I developed Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL services for AI voice calling workflows, appointment scheduling, and conversation management. I integrated OpenAI APIs, JWT authentication, and webhooks to support lead management and appointment booking.
On my AI Voice Calling Platform project, I built backend APIs and real-time voice interaction pipelines using OpenAI APIs, Exotel webhooks, and WebSockets. I also developed an AI chatbot backend with persistent conversation history and JWT-based authentication.
