At American Express, I build marketing models that improve customer targeting, interpretability, and revenue. My work has added $5.9M in annual GCM through a next-generation revenue model and $500K annually through a customer spend model.
I reduced model turnaround time from 10 to 3 days by adopting Linear Regression for spend modeling, created a reusable framework adopted across the team, and improved revenue-model precision by 25%. I also developed error-prediction approaches that outperformed the production SHAPley approach by 87%.
Outside work, I’ve co-founded Raddish, LearnEx, and Travel Stories, building products across food ordering, EdTech, and travel. I graduated from IIT Delhi in Production Engineering and enjoy turning complex problems into business-ready decisions through data and first-principles thinking.
