At Techneplus Software India, I work on an enterprise NLP pipeline for customer support conversations, chatbot interactions, and call transcripts. I built data validation and PII anonymization workflows with Apache Spark, Pandas, and Microsoft Presidio before Azure OpenAI GPT-4.1 Nano inference.

At Creospan, I developed a RAG pipeline for educational content and a conversation memory layer for multi-turn student questions. My projects include Raseed, an AI personal finance platform, AlphaSeeker, an equity screening platform, and SafeSight, a real-time firearm detection system.
